the whites...

2005 Bel Sel Chardonnay: Bottled on 1st May 2006. Zesty bright unflabby chard. Part barrel and tank fermented. Full malo. Oxidatively treated to produce a nutty praline over lime finish.

2005 Curlewis Chardonnay: Bottled 1st May 2006. In a similar vein to the past four chardonnays sourced from Suma Park, Queenscliff. Very cool climate, not too ripe and quite complex. As for the Bel Sel, this is a bright yellow chardonnay with oxidative treatment to produce a nutty, praliney overlay to the generally citric palate. As usual this wine has been whole bunch basket pressed.

2005 Curlewis Pinot Grigio: Bottled 1st May 2006. Barrel fermented on its solids after wholebunch basket pressing; making this product unique in Australia. A savoury powerful bubble-gummy wine that doesn't get lost in its aromatics. A citric long finish.
